If you leave the University, your copy of Office 365 will stop working. It is important to note, this is only available to you while you are current faculty/staff and students at John Carroll. The license allows you to install Microsoft Office 365 on up to 5 personal computers (PCs or Macs). John Carroll’s Microsoft Office license agreement allows JCU ITS to make Office 365 available at NO COST to all JCU Faculty/Staff and Students.
